Agot Makeer, a top 10 prospect in the class of 2025, has narrowed her list of suitors down to 12 schools. The 6-foot-1 wing from Ontario (Canada) will choose between North Carolina, Connecticut, South Carolina, Duke, Michigan, Michigan State, UCLA, Notre Dame, Louisville, Kentucky, Virginia Tech and Vanderbilt.
So far, Makeer has taken unofficial visits to North Carolina and Michigan State. She also took her first official visit to Virginia Tech this month. There is no current timeline for a decision as Makeer will aim to take a majority of her visits in the fall.
"I don't have a timeline yet," she told 247Sports. "A lot of schools want me to visit in October when everyone is in school to get the experience."
